I am a marriage and family associate therapist who believes in living mindfully, aligned with your values, in connection with nature and those around you. I can guide you with curiosity and care that honors your unique story and goals.
Therapy with me is accessible only via telehealth, so you can receive support from the comfort of your own space. I’m here to work with clients aged 13 and up, particularly those who identify as part of marginalized communities, including Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQ+, those in immigrant communities, from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and individuals with disabilities. Together, we can work towards a life that feels more connected, mindful, and aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
